Edit coupons#
The plugin uses a built-in WooCommerce mechanism to create and manage coupons. After creating a coupon you can edit it by going to Marketing → Coupons and adjusting its parameters.
When you download a coupon PDF, it is generated using the coupon’s current data. Changes to the coupon code or amount will appear in the newly downloaded PDF if the template uses the corresponding shortcodes: [coupon_code] and [coupon_value]. In PRO, changes to the expiry date are also reflected when the template includes [coupon_expiry_date].
Previously downloaded PDFs and attachments in emails already sent remain unchanged. After editing a coupon, download the updated PDF and share it with the recipient if needed.
Remember to remove the coupon from Bin if you want to generate a new coupon.
